I lead on all creative development at Fuel, a leading independent producing company based at Somerset House, working with artists including Rachel Bagshaw, Inua Ellams, Michael Henry, Khalid Abdalla, Omar Elerian, Travis Alabanza, Debbie Hannan, Melanie Wilson, Fred Davis, Toby Olie.
be gay do crime - consultant producerA hip hop musical about a gay drug dealer from Liverpool, written by Felix Mufti, directed by Ailis Lord. I worked with the company, Transcend Theatre, to secure Arts Council England funding, and put on a sharing of this vibrant and exciting new musical in March 2023 at the Shakespeare North Playhouse.

I host a monthly poetry night at the Everyman Street Cafe, with an average attendance of 100 people, several open mic slots and a nationally recognised headlining poet. Past guests have included Solomon O.B., Levi Tafari, Keisha Thompson, John Gorman, Jess Green, Javaad Alipoor, Casey Bailey, Ben Norris and many more. homotopia - director
I lead the UK's longest running LGBTQIA Arts Festival, Homotopia. As well as finances, management and fundraising, I lead on artist development, outreach, and commissioned work by Homotopia. Based in Liverpool, and a member of Arts Council England's National Portfolio.
During my time at Homotopia I doubled the turnover, set up a new company structure focused on supporting new work, and lead on several major projects including Eurovision Cultural Programme and the Holly Johnson Exhibition at Museum of Liverpool Website. perhaps contraption's "nearly human" - producerWinners of the Les Enfants Terrible Award 2019, I am working with this powerful 9 piece brass band, Perhaps Contraption, on NEARLY HUMAN, after the successful run at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe 2019, and sell out award nominated run at VAULT festival 2020.

I worked with the Artistic Director on the strategic vision of the organisation, and produced our outdoor touring and youth theatre work. Recently, our production of Treasure Island gained a 4* review in The Stage, and we were made an associate company of Shakespeare North. My last two years in MATE has meant I've raised over £20,000 for our youth theatre and outreach, and over £50,000 for our outdoor touring productions, from Arts Council England, Merseyside Community Foundation and the Local Council. sl events - creative producer
I worked as creative producer for SL Events, producing, writing and directing the children's event 'Santa's Christmas Party' at Heritage site the Cunard Building over the Christmas period of 2017, for 44 shows, breaking company records for tickets sold and customer satisfaction.
I also was in charge of liaising and organising all live entertainment across two hotels (The Shankly and 30 James Street) and two bars (Alma de Cuba and Mulholland), on a weekly basis. The Christmas Party included an ensemble of actors playing elves and Santa performing a 15 minute show that included a dance and song, and interactive storytelling. Following this was interactive activities and stories around the site performed by elves for children. y'mam - PRODUCERI have produced a new show about male anger, written by Majid Mehdizadeh, and directed by Adam Welsh, running for two weeks on the Liverpool Everyman main stage.
****Guardian, ****Stage Collective Encounters - Fundraiser/ProducerI worked as a fundraiser and producer for Theatre for Social Change organisation 'Collective Encounters' an Arts Council National Portfolio Organisation.
This included producing Keep Pushing, an interactive music video commissioned by The Space (funded by BBC Arts and Arts Council England), and arranging digital materials for the new Esmee Fairbairn funded 'Centre for Excellence in Participatory Arts'. Website Rubbish Shakespeare Company - Producer/actorI was producer for the Rubbish Shakespeare Company, a family theatre and creative education company focusing on making Shakespeare accessible for all. I was brought into the company to expand their touring family theatre and community engagement arm. My role included tour bookings, PR and producing of the theatrical production Romeo & Juliet.
I also produced and acted in a full Edinburgh Festival Fringe run of Romeo & Juliet at the 146 capacity Pleasance Above, receiving a 5* review in Families Online, and 4* review in The Daily Record. Youth theatre director
I co-directed MATE Productions' Young Actors' Company in 'When They Go Low' a piece of new writing about feminism by Natalie Mitchell, as part of the National Theatre Connections Festival. The company performed at Hope Street Theatre in April 2018, and then again as part of the regional Youth Theatre Festival in The Lowry in May 2018.
IN THE MILLENNIAL DOME - EDINBURGH FRINGE SHOW 2017 (past)Following a sellout run at Liverpool Fringe Festival, 'In The Millennial Dome', an original writing piece with poems about generation snowflake, was performed at Edinburgh Fringe Festival (5 - 11 August (11:10am) Room 1, Black Market, 32 Market St), to much acclaim.
"Millenial Dome is an artful intersection between these extremes.
